		<description>Well put.  I hope Dubai will pull out of this, and I for one think it&#039;s important to ensure they do.  Even for all of its flaws (and there are many), the UAE is an important reminder of what the region is capable of if resources are invested back into proper institutions instead of being squandered.  Say what you will about the late Sheikh Zayed, but he certainly invested in the country&#039;s future.  It&#039;s very hard for places like Saudi Arabia to say their brand of religious dictatorship is the only way, when they have Dubai as a neighbor.</description>
